This is s a great product. Elegant design and so easy to use. Had to ask for a clarification as to which bit had to be pre-chilled but the customer service response was prompt and pleasant. Delivery was also excellent and I’d highly recommend. I bought 2 - will be gifting one but keeping k e fir me!

Spot on and chills well

It works really well, I like it best with sparkling, but for rosé it was excellent, we thought. Got a bottle that wasn't very cold, but with the wine cooler it turned out great.
