Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders. No additional shipping charges are added at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Delivery time
Our delivery time is 5-10 business days from the shipping date, so most orders arrive within 6-12 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or because of circumstances outside our control, such as customs handling or carrier delays.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Damaged or missing deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us through our Contact page and we will resolve it.
